Yes! :) White chicken chili! I got the recipe from Brown Eyed Baker: http://www.browneyedbaker.com/white-chicken-chili-recipe/ It's made with store brought grilled chicken. If you can get someone to help out and pick the meat off the chicken while you chop peppers, etc., the dish comes together relatively quickly, too.
