Galvenais jautājums māklerim rīt ir - vai vērts remontēt virtuvi, vai labāk pārdot dzīvokli tāpat, kā ir?

Wow this was several days ago. I hope everything went really well and am super curious what the maklera said about the kitchen???
ReplyDeleteThe real estate agent said not to renovate! He said people want to choose their own kitchens and would tear out brand new stuff because they’d want something different. The price of our place will go down because of the state of the kitchen, but again, the agent said that a renovation would not be worth the trouble and money.
