Mafinu rotājums ar putukrējumu un mellenēm

Saņēmu īsziņu ar šo bildi un nodomāju, cik super mafinu rotājums. Izskatās, ka putukrējums, un it kā tā aši, "nekārtīgi" uzlikts, bet efekts tik foršs, seemingly so effortless and very beautiful. Imagine my surprise when I found out that
it wasn't some quaint little bakery in Gotland that decorated these muffins, it was my good friend Patrik!

Me: And so did you guys have instant whipped cream in a can, or?
Patrik: No, we whipped it in the boat.
Me: (stunned silence) Oh, wow, really?
Patrik: We had the cream from making Irish coffees.
Me: ...comprehension dawns.... :)

So, I am filing this idea - whipped cream piled on muffins in a "no muss, no fuss" style, plus blueberries - away for future use.

    I LOVE making whipped cream from scratch! After the first time I made it I decided it was thee best ever! Great idea, whipped cream and blueberries on top. Yum!

    Skaisti! Un labais tas, ka vienkārši, jo nekas jau nav jāsamudrī, ja daba šobrīd piedāvā labāko, kas iespējams. Mēs arī ēdam lielogu mellenes pilnām saujām, sacenšoties, kurš atradīs lielāku, un ticam, ka tas ne vien dara prieku, bet arī palīdzēs labāk redzēt tumsā un būt veseliem:)
