Ko dārzs man ir sniedzis pagājušogad.
Last year, my little garden was a source of beauty, inspiration, energy, it was a place of connection. It reminded me daily of how nature changes, every day, and how we can change, too. My garden provided some nourishment and a few surprises. In summer, my garden is something I am super excited to see every day.

Here are my garden words for 2014: beauty, tradition, change, connection.

Paldies, ka ieskatījies Pieliekamajā!

  1. Good choice. Could be used not as Garden words only. I think goes for life in general - wisdom and skill (or ability? ) to connect with beauty tradition and change.

    1. Yes, and, you know, connect with someone else as you plant stuff. Doesn't matter if it doesn't come out all beautiful or like in a magaznine, what stays (I hope) with you is that you did something together.

  2. Once again you're inspiring me. I am determined to plant at least tomatoes this year. I've never planted vegetables but I would love to grow tomatoes.

I like your garden words :)

    1. Thank you :) I'm toying with the idea of growing a cucumber (they're so pretty when they bloom) and I found a pumpkin that could be grown in a small space. Oh, the grand plans of January! :)
