2,5d...Hi Anonymous,<br />for the pie crust:<br />125gr butter<br />2,5dl flour (1 cup = 2,4dl)<br />mix the flour and the butter in a mixer and add a bit less than a tablespoon of ice cold water. Make dough and press it into a form. Stick holes in the crust with a fork, cover and let rest in the fridge for 30min.<br />Heat oven to 200 Celsius.<br />For the filling:<br />Beat 3 eggs with 2dl of whipping cream ("double cream") and 1 dl milk, and half a teaspoon of salt, and some pepper.<br />Bake the pie crust for 10 minutes in the upper compartment of the oven.<br />Peel 2 pears, core and slice them.<br />Grate 140gr of blue cheese - grate on coarse, the cheese will melt anyway.<br />Fill the crust with some of the cheese, then pears, then cheese. Then pour in the egg mixture. <br />Sprinkle with some pine nuts.<br />Add some more pepper.<br />Bake in the center of oven for about 35 to 40 minutes. Watch it, you don't want the pie to get too dark.
